The Garden State Bar Association (GSBA) is proud to co-sponsor the 2025 Lift As We Climb Convention, hosted by the Rutgers Law School Minority Student Program (MSP). This year’s theme, “Inclusive Excellence & Belonging + Techno Futurism in the Law,” explores how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence are reshaping equity, ethics, and access within the legal profession.

The convention will feature a keynote address, panel discussions, resume and cover letter workshops, interview coaching, professional headshots, and networking opportunities. Practicing attorneys, students, and professionals from across New Jersey will come together to discuss how innovation and inclusion can drive the future of law.

Participants will also engage in the Speed Networking Session, providing direct mentorship and career guidance in both public interest and private sector career paths.
