  William T. Rogers III
   
William Rogers concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and tax appeal litigation, condemnation, and municipal government. A Certified Tax Assessor in New Jersey, Mr. Rogers represents municipalities and private property owners in the defense and prosecution of tax appeals. His practice also includes advising developers, redevelopers, and municipal governments with regard to municipal development and redevelopment projects. He has participated in numerous continuing legal education seminars, and serves as a frequent panelist for tax appeal lectures.
   
  Mr. Rogers was recently named to the New Jersey Law Journal's "Women and Minorities in the Legal Profession" list, a special issue of the newspaper devoted to honoring a select group of exceptional women and minority attorneys across the state of New Jersey.
