GSBA Immediate Past President - Michael A. Rambert
Mr. Rambert represents New Jersey municipalities and private developers in the redevelopment of commercial, industrial and residential areas. He counsels county and municipal economic development offices in formulating and implementing redevelopment plans. He also counsels private companies and developers in negotiating relocation and expansion projects with government agencies. Mr. Rambert also practices in the area of government contracts law, where he counsels private companies that contract for the delivery of goods and services to state and federal agencies. Mr. Rambert has authored several articles, including "How Government Business Incentive Programs Can Enhance Your Deal," "Leveraging Private Equity with Government Business Incentive Programs," and "The Buyout Entrepreneur." Mr. Rambert was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He holds an undergraduate degree in geography from Middlebury College,
a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania
and a Juris Doctor from Ohio State University.
