GSBA Director - Denis A. Gooding, Esq.

Denis A. Gooding, is a Middlesex county based attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of health law and general corporate law. He has represented acute care hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, managed care organizations, individual physicians and group medical practices on numerous regulatory and transactional matters. He advises corporate clients on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate governance and limited liability company issues. Mr. Gooding is also President of the Praxis Management Group, a business consulting firm that provides services to not for profits, small, and medium sized businesses.

Mr. Gooding is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
